Cameras and occupancy

• Cameras only in disclosed exterior and entry zones. Never bedrooms, bathrooms or hidden placements.
• We count people, not identities. No facial recognition. No guest profiling.
• Occupancy numbers are estimates with a confidence level — and guests may enter or exit outside camera coverage. Ambiguous signals go to human review.
• Lead data is collected only for pilot validation and sales follow-up, with a documented deletion route.

Pilot lead data

If you join the pilot list, we collect only the fields needed to validate demand and follow up: name, business contact details and portfolio basics. Your data is not sold and is not used beyond the stated purpose. You can request deletion at any time — a contact route and retention period will be published here before public launch.
